Description

A comforting fusion bowl featuring a savory ginger-garlic broth, chewy ramen noodles, and plump dumplings. Topped with a jammy soft-boiled egg and fresh green onions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8–10 frozen or fresh dumplings
  • 2 portions of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon chili oil

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the broth and soy sauce, bringing the liquid to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add the dumplings to the broth and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  4. Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently to prevent clumping.
  5. Divide the noodles, dumplings, and broth equally between two large bowls.
  6. Top each bowl with a halved soft-boiled egg and sliced green onions.
  7. Drizzle with chili oil if desired and serve immediately.
