Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and dissolve 1 packet of gelatin powder and 1/2 cup sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of condensed milk with 1/2 cup cold water. Combine with the gelatin mixture.
- Pour into a flat dish lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
- Repeat steps 1-3 using different jello flavors/colors to create layers.
- Once set, remove the jello using the plastic wrap and roll it up tightly to form a log shape.
