Description

Air Fried Ravioli not only tastes great, but is super simple to cook in a matter of minutes. In this post I show you just how easy it is, using a few simple ingredients most of us have in our pantry. This is ready in no time and can be served with your favorite pasta sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ravioli (fresh )
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs ({you can use panko or regular- I like regular the most})
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (finely grated )
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. In a shallow bowl combine the breadcrumbs with the parmesan cheese, paprika, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Beat an egg and put it in a shallow bowl and set aside. Dip each ravioli in the beaten egg first and then coat with the breadcrumbs.
  4. Transfer to the air fryer basket. Repeat the process with the rest of the ravioli. You do not want the ravioli to be overlapping and you do want a tiny bit of space between each so you may have to work in two batches.
  5. Spray the ravioli with cooking spray. Set the air fryer to 350 degrees and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket once or twice during cooking.
