- 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
- 4 cups beef broth
- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef cubes on all sides until caramelized.
- Place seared beef, diced onion, and minced garlic into the slow cooker.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours or High for 4 hours until beef is tender.
- Whisk cornstarch and water into a slurry. Stir into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Boil egg noodles in a separate pot according to package directions.
- Fold cooked noodles into the beef mixture and garnish with fresh parsley.
