Ingredients

Scale
  • 3–4 lb pork loin roast
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey

  3. Place the seared roast into the slow cooker.
  4. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and dried thyme in a bowl.
