- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough to 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Cut dough into strips and pinch the ends into small rounds to create bone shapes.
- Stuff a small amount of mozzarella into the rounded ends of each bone, sealing the dough tightly.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter over the dough and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Brush with extra garlic butter immediately after removing from the oven.
