- 24 thin slices of salami
- 24 pimento-stuffed green olives
- 24 toothpicks
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the mozzarella pearls dry using a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Cut salami slices into circles slightly larger than the mozzarella pearls if necessary.
- Wrap a slice of salami around the middle of each mozzarella pearl to create a red ring.
- Press one pimento-stuffed green olive into the center of the mozzarella pearl.
- Insert a toothpick through the olive and into the cheese to secure all layers.
- Arrange on a platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
