Description

Buffalo Chicken Biscuit Bombs are the ultimate game day treat, combining flaky biscuits with a spicy, cheesy buffalo chicken filling. These savory bites are perfect for sharing and will have everyone cheering for more.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (8 count each)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until combined.
  4. Separate and flatten each biscuit slightly; place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each.
  5. Fold the edges around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush melted butter over each bomb and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with additional ranch dressing.
